SJCOG has launched a Call for Projects for $19.6 million available from the Measure K Bicycle, Pedestrian, & Safe Routes to School and Smart Growth Incentive Programs. Funding is available in Fiscal Years 2017-18 through 2020-21. Applications are due on December 15, 2017.
$170,000 for technical assistance is also being made available to local jurisdictions to prepare high quality project applications and ensure the benefits of Measure K reach all parts of San Joaquin County. $25,000 is available to the County of San Joaquin and the city of Stockton. $20,000 is available to the cities of Escalon, Tracy, Lathrop, Ripon, Lodi, and Manteca.

This program provides funding for public infrastructure investments that support neighborhood and downtown revitalization and facilitate infill development to assist local agencies in integrating transportation and land use.
