Excitement is building for the 2023 San Joaquin Valley Regional Policy Conference: Better Together, April 24-26, at the Great Wolf Lodge in Manteca.

It’s never too early to get involved by attending the conference and the Blueprint Awards luncheon, or by shining like a diamond as a sponsor of the 16th annual conference presented by the San Joaquin Valley Regional Planning Agencies Policy Council and hosted by the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG). Conference

The welcome reception is April 24, followed by a day and a half of conference sessions highlighting best practices and innovations in transportation equity, state and federal funding, innovative housing strategies, freight and goods movement/inland port, and passenger rail. San Joaquin County native and resident former NASA astronaut Jose Hernandez will give the keynote speech during the first general assembly the first day of the conference, April 25. The conference is the best place to share challenges, solutions and successes, and network with colleagues from throughout the San Joaquin Valley.

Local agencies and officials will be honored during the annual Blueprint Awards Ceremony Luncheon (noon April 26). Visit www.sjcog.org/639/2023-SJV-Policy-Conference to nominate a project.
