Overall Work Program
Each year, SJCOG develops an Overall Work Program (OWP). This work program describes proposed transportation planning activities for the upcoming fiscal year. The OWP is a management tool identifying those transportation planning activities, tasks, and products required by federal and state law and authorized by SJCOG's Board of Directors. It also identifies the funding sources and staff resources necessary to complete the Overall Work Program.
The Final FY2022/23 OWP was adopted by the Board on March 25, 2022. This work program describes proposed transportation planning activities during fiscal year July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 (FY 2022-23).
The Revised Final FY22-23 OWP was approved by the COG Board on May 26, 2022. This work program describes proposed transportation planning activities during the fiscal year July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 (FY 2022-23).
On April 27th, 2023 an Amendment #4 FY22-23 was approved by the Board.
On March 23rd, 2023, a Final FY23-24 OWP was adopted by the Board.

Annual Financial Plan
The Annual Financial Plan is the line item budget through which revenues are brought into SJCOG and expended for specific purposes such as salaries and benefits, services and supplies, professional services, capital and asset acquisition, etc. On May 26, 2022, a revised final FY 2022-23 Annual Financial Plan was approved by the Board.
An Amendment #5 was approved by the Board on April 27th, 2023.
