IRMA Exception
The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG), including its role as the San Joaquin County Transportation Authority, has posted a formal notice in compliance with the SEC Municipal Advisor Rule (Rule 15Ba1-1). This disclosure states that SJCOG has retained PFM Financial Advisors LLC as its independent registered municipal advisor and will rely on PFM for advice regarding all municipal securities and financial products. Market participants may provide proposals directly to SJCOG, which will be shared with the municipal advisor as appropriate. This IRMA exemption letter is valid through June 30, 2026.
