SJCOG's Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC) has released the Draft Final "Project Review Guidelines" and Rules and Procedures of the ALUC. These documents will be submitted for review/approval by the SJCOG Board of Directors at their July 25th meeting.
The draft Project Review Guidelines was developed for proposed land use projects subject to ALUC review. The purpose of the guidelines is to supplement the ALUC Plan for the six county airports by clearly defining the processes used in Consistency Determinations.
The draft Rules and Procedures of the ALUC have also been prepared to incorporate the guidelines by reference. The last amendment to the Rules and Procedures occurred in 1993.
