Notice is hereby given of SJCOG, Inc.’s intent to complete the purchase of a conservation easement on the following real properties:
1. Those certain properties described as 17676 W. Corral Hollow Road, Tracy CA (APN: 251-330-04 / 05 / 06)
2. Vendor: Connolly Ranch (Mark Connolly contact)
3. Price: not to exceed $1,000 per acre
Two public hearings are scheduled to be held. The first public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at the San Joaquin Council of Governments Habitat Technical Advisory Committee Meeting at 9:30 a.m. The second public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2022, at the San Joaquin Council of Governments Board Meeting at 4:00 p.m.
The May 11th and May 25th meetings will be hybrid (in-person at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton CA 95202 and virtual). Public participation is available through in-person, virtual or phone line provided in the agenda of each meeting or contact staff for information. Written testimony can be sent to the above address but must be received by the date of the meeting.
