The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) has partnered with OpenGov to manage our fully web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system. Below are the bids and proposals currently being solicited, along with their respective closing dates.
Through our e-Procurement Portal, interested parties can:
- Register to bid and receive notifications of future opportunities by selecting Subscribe.
- Follow updates to existing solicitations by opening the solicitation and clicking the Follow button in the top right corner. This will allow all interested parties to receive amendments and addenda automatically.
- Submit questions and receive responses for open solicitations.
- Navigate the step-by-step process for responding electronically to RFPs, bids, and other solicitations to ensure submissions are complete and compliant.
- Access all current and future SJCOG bid opportunities in one centralized location.
