Two public hearings are scheduled to be held. The first public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at the SJCOG, Inc. Habitat Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) Meeting at 9:30 a.m. The second public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the San Joaquin Council of Governments Board Meeting at 4:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. Both will be located at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, CA, 95202.
The April 8th meeting will be hybrid. April 23rd meeting in-person at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton CA 95202. Public participation is available through in-person (Board), virtual or phone line (HTAC) provided in the agenda or contact staff for information. Written testimony can be sent to the above address but must be received by the date of the meeting.
