- Those certain properties described as 19257, 19455 & 19625 S Mac Aurthur Dr., Tracy, CA (APNs: 213-030-01; 213-040-01; 213-040-02)
- Vendor: Joe Bacchetti
- Price: Not to exceed $14,000 per acre
Two public hearings are scheduled to be held. The first public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the SJCOG, Inc. Habitat Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) Meeting at 9:30 a.m. The second public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at the San Joaquin Council of Governments Board Meeting at 4:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. Both will be located at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, CA, 95202.
The November 12th meeting will be hybrid. The December 4th meeting in-person at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton CA 95202. Public participation is available through in-person (Board), virtual or phone line (HTAC) provided in the agenda or contact staff for information. Written testimony can be sent to the above address but must be received by the date of the meeting.
