Two public hearings are scheduled to be held. The first public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the SJCOG, Inc. Habitat Technical Advisory Committee Meeting at 9:30 a.m. The second public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at the San Joaquin Council of Governments Board Meeting at 4:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. Both will be located at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, CA, 95202.
