SJCOG Board
The San Joaquin Council of Governments, which is also the Local Transportation Authority overseeing and administering Measure K projects, is governed by a Board of Directors. The panel includes elected representatives from San Joaquin County and the cities of Escalon, Lathrop, Lodi, Manteca, Mountain House, Ripon, Stockton and Tracy. There are also nonvoting advisory representatives from Caltrans District 10, San Joaquin Regional Transit District, and the Port of Stockton. The board welcomes input from the public and advisory committees, including the Citizens Advisory Committee, in developing regional transportation policies. Board meetings are open to the public and anyone can visit the Agenda Center to find agendas, meeting materials, and a link on the agenda to view the meeting live via YouTube. Recordings of meetings will be posted on SJCOG’s YouTube channel.
