Measure K helps to fund and deliver transportation projects throughout San Joaquin County. This work involves highways, roads, public transit and active transportation - like biking and walking. In addition to our local transportation sales tax, SJCOG works with local, regional, State, and Federal partners to make sure the most important projects get done.

Measure K takes an active role in assessing and enhancing the San Joaquin transportation system, which includes the South County Corridor.  View the video below to learn more about the corridor and the challenges that are experienced by both businesses and commuters. SJCOG is leading efforts that utilize Measure K funding to address these challenges by building a stronger transportation system that promotes the region’s quality of life, emphasizing the safe and efficient movement of people and goods in and around the County.
