MEETINGS & AGENDAS > Committees Habitat Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC)
The Habitat Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) is comprised of 15 stakeholders in the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan (SJMSCP) including representatives from: United States Fish and Wildlife Service, California Department of Fish and Game, San Joaquin County, the Cities of Escalon, Lathrop, Lodi, Manteca, Ripon, Stockton, and Tracy, Building Industries Association, Agricultural Commission, UC Cooperative Extension, Conservation Community, and the Agricultural Community. This Committee makes recommendations to the SJCOG, Inc. Board of Directors, comprised of the same members as the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) Board of Directors, on issues regarding the SJMSCP. HTAC is responsible for verifying that the SJMSCP is being implemented correctly and for solving any issues that arise during implementation. The HTAC meets the second Wednesday of each month to discuss the operations of the SJMSCP. Meetings are open to the public and are held at the SJCOG Regional Center, 555 E.
