The Plan

The 2001 adopted San Joaquin County Multi Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan can be downloaded by clicking on the links below.  For easier navigation through these documents, click on the "Bookmarks" tab on the left hand side of the PDF file (chapter indexes and appendix titles will appear).  The Plan Document is roughly 500 pages with an additional 400 pages included in the appendices.  Please be conscious of the amount of paper used when printing the document, and please remember that double-sided printing is always an excellent option.  Amendments to the plan are also available by clicking individual amendment links below (changes are not made directly to the original adopted document).
