30 Day Interagency Consultation and Public Review

San Joaquin COG is proposing an amendment to the 2007 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and a Type 5 amendment to the 2007 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP). The 30-day Interagency Consultation and Public Review period begins today Wed. August 29, 2007. Any comments should be sent to SJCOG staff by 5 PM on September 28, 2007. A public hearing will be held on September 25, 2007. SJCOG Board of Directors will consider the amendments for approval at the regularly scheduled October 25, 2007 meeting.

The proposed changes only impacted the 2013 analysis year, and did not impact the PM2.5 regional emission analysis for the nonattainment area. As a result, the other San Joaquin Valley MPOs do not need to re-determine conformity.
