Park-and-Ride Master Plan
In October 2007, SJCOG adopted the San Joaquin County Park-and-Ride Master Plan. This plan incorporates corridor-level park-and-ride demand estimates for the next 10 years and identifies potential lot locations for current and future development. The plan has received Caltrans' endorsement and is supported by member jurisdictions.

Since 2005, Park-and-Ride lots in San Joaquin County have experienced a 21% increase is utilization. Many lots are operating at or above capacity. In response to this, SJCOG developed the San Joaquin County Park-and-Ride Lot Master Plan to serve as a guide for strategic Park-and-Ride Development over the next 10 years and beyond. Adopted by the SJCOG Board in October 2007, the plan has also received an endorsement from Caltrans as well as support from member jurisdictions.
