Draft Environmental Impact Report Available for SR 4 Crosstown Freeway Ramp Extension Project
The Draft EIR is available for public review and comment. A copy is available for viewing at the SJCOG offices or online HERE. Comments can be submitted at the upcoming public hearing. Representatives from SJCOG, Caltrans, and other specialists will be on hand to answer questions and talk about design features.

I-5 North Stockton HOT Lanes Study
The Traffic and Revenue Study specifically analyzes the costs and revenues of HOT lanes for project financing and freeway management. As part of the study, SJCOG and Caltrans have formed a Technical Working Group comprised of representatives from local agencies and stakeholder groups. View meeting materials here.

ARRA Roadway, Transit Projects on Track
San Joaquin County’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act projects are on track for funding, with some expected to be obligated as early as this month. The San Joaquin County and City of Stockton projects are in line to be the first. Once these projects are obligated for funding, construction schedules can be set.
